COMPETITION / GIVERAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. To enter, follow the instructions as given in each giveaway / competition by emailing: the answer to the question and/or entering your details as requested.
  2. Entrants not filling in all details will be disqualified.
  3. By entering you will be signed up to the Folkradio.co.uk email newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  4. Closing date and times are as specified on each competition.
  5. The winner will be notified by email and may be announced on the site or our newsletter.
  6. Only one entry per person / household. The competitions are only open to the public.
  7. Where the prizes are concert or festival tickets , these may be sent to you as physical tickets, collected from a venue or your name may be added to a guest list (in the latter instance the name of the winner may not be disclosed on our website or newsletter).
  8. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are legally binding.
  9. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are non-transferable.
