I know it's still January but I'm already checking out The Festival line ups. Of a local interest to me is the popular one day festival Folk By the Oak at Hatfield House in Hertfordshire on Sunday 25th July. This years line up has been announced and it looks pretty good too.

Bellowhead, Michael McGoldrick & Friends, Jackie Oates, Mawkin:Causley, Emily Smith, Spiro and Megson.

So all we need is a little bit of sunshine to make this another great day. Tickets go on sale on 1st February. Folk by the Oak Sunday 25 July 2010
