Lewis & Leigh are Al Lewis from Wales and Alva Leigh from Mississippi. Back in April last year we featured a live review of their support slot to Mark Olson and Ingunn Ringvold. Tapped as ‘one to watch’ they went on to release their debut album ‘Ghost‘ in August this year which highlighted that cross-pollination of styles from the valleys and the Deep South in which the duo also found common ground, such as on Rubble, an end-of-mining family tale.
Currently on tour in support of Deacon Blue, they are now set to take the next big step with a 2017 Headline tour which kicks off at Celtic Connections on 3rd February 2017, see full dates below.
