For those that missed it, The Demon Barbers have a new album out on 11 May titled Disco at the Tavern which in our review of the album our reviewer Roy concluded it was as a stunning collection of foot-tapping brilliance.
For anyone that has followed this band you’ll know they work damn hard, especially during festival season when they are highlight for many folk music lovers. That all paid off recently when they were filmed in session for the Durbervilles Folk & Roots Show on BBC Leeds. Here they are performing May Song – that all important folkloric month:
