Random Canyon Growlers – Debut Ireland & UK Tour

Hard driving bluegrass & old time music boosted by lazer beam harmonies. That’s the most fitting description of Random Canyon Growlers. This group of ruffians formed in the Tetons a few years back and have accrued a very talented group of musicians from all over the Northern Rockies that they call upon to maintain their sound and vision.

Following the announcement of a marriage in the band and the ensuing relocation of one member back to the northeast, it appeared imminent they might have to put things on hold and regroup. But they quickly came to a unanimous decision that, regardless of the bittersweet nature of the idea, they wanted to make a full-length studio album to document what they’d accomplished during the previous 16 months. The result of four days in producer Ben Winship’s Hen House Studios became their debut album, the curiously entitled …Dickey Ain’t Got All Day.

Reinvigorated, the Random Canyon Growlers are looking to pursue new territories and spread their take on traditional bluegrass music to as many people as are willing to listen. They’re highly aware of what’s out there and the sky seems to be the limit for this talented young crew of dedicated musicians and they’ll be touring Ireland and the UK for the first time in October & November.
