Bellowhead have unveiled their new video for ’10,000 Miles Away’, the first single to be taken from their forthcoming album Broadside. The video was shot around the back of one of the colleges in Oxford in July this year, a food fight ensues…did you expect peace and tranquillity with this lot?

Rachael McShane of Bellowhead explains:

Armed with cheese, hot dogs, jelly, doughnuts, cream pies, booze, and the all-important condiments we set off to find a shady spot. What could possibly go wrong? Well…unbeknown to us, Pete, Andy and John had turned into unpleasant picnic-stealing pirates who proceeded to tie us up and scoff our treats. Luckily we managed to escape and the war was on, with the picnickers ending victorious. Once the filming was over and we had cleaned ourselves up as best we could, we all made friends and went to a nice restaurant for lunch, smelling faintly of ketchup, custard and baby wipes.
