Tom Waits has started a drip-feed campaign for either an album, tour or hopefully both. All will be revealed on August 7th. It started with the Waits sporting an eye-patch and cutlass (main image) and the seafaring theme continues with his latest teaser featuring an image of Waits with the title ‘I Breathe Better Underwater’. Whatever it is we don’t have long to wait.
