In our recent interview with Iarla Ó Lionaird (read it here) he touched on ‘The Gloaming‘ project which features: Thomas Bartlett (aka Doveman, a long term collaborator of Sam Amidon), Dennis Cahill, Martin Hayes and Caoimhín Ó Raghallaigh. As Iarla said ‘it’s unique stuff’. You can now enjoy a live performance for free ahead of the band’s only Irish show this summer.
A masterful slice of their debut sold-out show at the National Concert Hall, Dublin last August, the Live in Dublin EP is one 21 minute track which captures the power and excitement of live.
The band have also announced Sam Amidon (read our recent interview with Sam) as support for their show at Vicar Street on Saturday 12th May.
